What is your go-to-market strategy?
We will firstly be focusing on companies with 1-50 employees across Spain. The first approach will be Madrid, Valencia and Malaga, as these cities have shown the most new businesses.
Who are the founders?
Our founder is called Alvaro Villalba. Niubi is a clear extension of what our founder tried to transmit. He started as a freelancer, making some web development assignments until his clients’ satisfaction and hence referrals was overwhelming for a single person.
When was Niubi founded?
Although Niubi was established at the beginning of 2023, it is a continued work from our founder. The work, similar to how it is done now, started to be made at the end of 2021.
Can I see my purchased service while it is being developed?
It depends on the purchased service. For example, if it is a SEO Report, you will at all times have access to it through a Drive link. However, if it is a Database Architectural Design, it will be handled to you once it is finished.
Can I request a special format of the delivered services?
Each service or file comes in a default format and file extension. All the details can be found in the webpage of each service. Additionally, you can view an example of the expected outcome.

How is each service accomplished?

Can I be reimbursed? How long does it take?
Of course, you have a 15-day return policy. Once the request is filled in and sent, you will be answered within the following 48 hours. Depending on the payment method it takes 1-2 days via bank transfer and 3-7 days via credit card. Payment via third-parties own their own return policy(e.g Square, Paypal, Stripe, etc.)
What is the main difference between payment methods?
Using a credit card you will be charged when you digitally sign the approved Customer Satisfaction agreement. To wrap the document up, once the tracked service is finished, it is an agreement that the client signs as a transaction receipt. If you use bank transfer, you will need to transfer money to a given bank account.
How do I purchase a service? How long does it take?
When a service is requested, it takes up to 48 hours to schedule a 15-minute meeting or you can schedule it on your own here. During this call we will evaluate your needs and advise you about the service that best suits you.
How do I sign up? And log in?
